Are the boots damaged?
We have 2 Categories of boots:
1) Clearance stock.
Most of our boots are old stock which are not damaged. With new ranges coming out from Love From Australia, the boutiques no longer buy the older ranges.
2) Seconds
Boots from the Seconds Section will have some small defections which will be clearly labeled.
Will you post to Australia?
Yes we will post anywhere worldwide, please visit the delivery section for details
How long will it take for my boots to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders via courier within 48 hours (often sooner) from our warehouse in the UK.
How do I pay for the boots?
We use Google Checkout which is a great way to pay securely via credit or debit card.
Can I pay via Pay Pal?
Yes, however we encourage you to use Google Checkout. Pay Pal charge quite a high fee and we can therefore give less money to charity. Please contact us if you would like to use PayPal.
Are the sizes UK or Aussie?
LFA boots are Australian sizes which are the same as UK sizes. They do need to fit very snugly to start with - so we recommend you buy the size on the sole which matches the UK size of your feet... See terms of sale.
What if my size is not available?
You can buy a size larger but bear in mind they will feel a little bigger once worn a few times. There is no need to get too concerned about size and fit with a sheepskin boot in the same way as you would with a fitted, structured leather or plastic boot.
