Your boots are made from a sheepskin, a natural product, so colour, markings and texture will vary pair to pair.  You need to take good care of them – use a quality protector spray (we have the LFA branded product on sale on lfaboots.com).  Do not wash them, prevention is much better than cure, and try not to get them wet – they are not designed for adverse English weather!

Returns Policy

You have bought from a reseller of stock, samples and seconds at a price often less than half of the original selling price. Whilst most of the boots on sale are of the very highest standard and are not seconds (all seconds will be clearly marked) some of the older boots will have aged slightly in storage. We also donate a share of the profits to charity.  This makes it impossible to accept returns and give refunds unless we have made a mistake or the products are faulty.

So please be sure about your purchase before you make it and contact us if you have any questions.  Below is some useful info about sizing  and some care tips to prolong the life of your boots.

In the event of an error on our behalf and a return is to be made the following conditions apply:

* You must return items within 10 days in a new and unused condition. If you do not we may retain the item(s) and / or not refund at all or refund the current or last selling price..

* You must return the items at your own expense. The original postage cost is non-refundable

* Care must be taken to ensure that the goods are returned in perfect quality. Any damage to the goods either in the trying of the goods or in transit could result in a charge equivalent to the original price less the resell value of the item.

Sizing & Fit

LFA boots are Australian sizes which are the same as UK sizes.  They do need to fit very snugly to start with - so we recommend you buy the size on the sole which matches the UK size of your feet.  If you are a half size, please choose the next size up.  They will feel tight at first but sheepskin stretches very quickly with wear and in time will mould to the shape of the foot.

Remember - LFA boots are meant to be worn with bare feet - for max comfort and because the sheepskin allows the feet to breathe.

What if my size is not available?

You can buy a size larger but bear in mind they will feel a little bigger once worn a few times.  There is no need to get too concerned about size and fit with a sheepskin boot in the same way as you would with a fitted, structured leather or plastic boot.
